There is lots of information out there with often confusing differences of opinion so I've reviewed summarised a good deal of it in my Wellness Notes right here I believe they can help you make a significant difference in your level of health and well-being. This is a work in progress and I will update it from time to time.

There is a growing body of informatin that blocked arteries don't happen as a result of the amount of cholesterol we eat but instead as a result of inflammation caused by high glucose and insulin levels from a high carbohydrate low fat diet.  It is also looking like this extends way beyond blocked arteries to almost every disease and condition.

Next to drinking Body Balance and other Life Force products, the following could be some of the most important things you can do for yourself nutritionally.

Eliminate the whites - white bread, white rice, potatoes and sugar

Make the bulk of your intake fresh fruit and vegetables, fish, poultry and beef.

Have small amounts of whole grains and nuts.

Best oils are olive and coconut.  Make sure you increas your Omega 3 intake.  Green vegetables, nuts and seeds can give you some but it's likely the best sources are fatty fish - anchovies, sardines, mackerel, herring, trout, tuna and salmon.

Regular exercise.

Pilates is also really great for building core strength which is essential for backs.  Because I prefer doing this at home rather than go to classes I personally use the Winsor Pilates programme available from Guthy-Renker which I can highly recommend.  I use a simple 10-15 minute programme from this 3 or more times a week to help my body feel just great.
